NAMI Family-to-Family is an eight-session educational program for family, significant others, and friends of adults who are living with a mental health diagnosis. The course provides critical information and strategies for supporting the person you love.

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is an eight-session, recovery-focused course designed to help adults who are experiencing mental health challenges achieve and maintain wellness. The course is taught by trained peers with lived experience.

The annual 2-day event is an opportunity for peers, caregivers, advocates, and mental health professionals to experience a one-of-a-kind conference that will provide a platform to learn, share, and network. It will feature keynote presentations, workshops, resource tables, and networking.

The summit addresses the unique challenges that members of Pittsburgh's Black community are facing, how stigma can be a barrier to seeking treatment, and the obstacles experienced when getting help.

Every year, hundreds of supporters of all ages walk to end mental health stigma and spread the word that treatment works and recovery is possible. The family-friendly event features music, resource tables, food trucks, face painting, selfie stations, and balloon artists.
