Reporting Structure: The Armstrong County Interviewer reports to the C/FST Team Supervisor and has no supervisory responsibility.
Job Summary: The C/FST Interviewer travels to a variety of behavioral provider sites in Armstrong County to personally interview consumers and families about their satisfactions and dissatisfactions provider services. In addition, a report of the individual interviews is compiled and submitted for review by the providers, the Counties and Carelon.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts satisfaction interviews with consumers and families in community locations.
Participates as member of Team.

This position works closely with the Executive Director to develop, manage, and promote NAMI Chester County programs and support groups throughout the County. This includes coordinating NAMI Signature education programs, both virtually and in person; recommending and coordinating support group facilitators for training; recruiting and retention of volunteers; and promotion and marketing of the programs. The Education and Support Coordinator also provides facilitation and technical assistance for programs.?This position requires the ability to work both in office (3 days/week in Exton, PA) and community settings, with flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours as needed.
Personal and/or family experience with mental illness and the behavioral health system preferred, with a demonstrated commitment to help people impacted by mental health issues build better lives.
