Help Is Just a Call or Text Away

If you’re looking for help, it’s important to know where to turn. NAMI Keystone Pennsylvania operates a HelpLine that provides callers with information and resources on mental health. Support lines are also available in Allegheny County and through NAMI National.

NAMI Keystone Pennsylvania’s HelpLine provides callers with mental health resources, information on NAMI programs, and more. The HelpLine operates Monday – Friday from 9 am – 2 pm. The HelpLine is not a crisis line.

In addition to the HelpLine, our NKPA email is also a helpful resource for people who would prefer to communicate online. Inquiries can be sent to info@namikeystonepa.org.

Allegheny County Peer Support Warmline Service

The Warmline is staffed by trained mental health consumers who provide support to peers by telephone. All calls are confidential and callers remain anonymous.

NAMI Teen and Young Adult (TYA) HelpLine

The NAMI Teen and Young Adult (T&YA) HelpLine is a free, nationwide teen and young adult peer-support service providing information, resource referrals, and support to teens and young adults going through a difficult time.  

T&YA HelpLine staff and volunteers are experienced, well-trained young adults who provide open, peer-to-peer communication to teen and young adult help-seekers by phone, text, or chat, Monday through Friday, 10 am to 10 pm.
