The SAFE Task Force of Allegheny County has launched a Community Conversation Series, bringing monthly, meaningful discussions on suicide prevention to our communities. Join us on June 30 at 6:00 p.m. at the Penn Hills Library for a conversation focused on men's mental health.

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is an eight-session, recovery-focused course designed to help adults who are experiencing mental health challenges achieve and maintain wellness. This training certifies peers with lived experience to lead NAMI Peer-to-Peer courses in their community.

NAMI Family Support Groups are free, peer-led, confidential support groups for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals living with a mental health condition. All support groups are led by facilitators who have completed a NAMI training.

Every year, hundreds of supporters of all ages walk to end mental health stigma and spread the word that treatment works and recovery is possible. The family-friendly event features music, resource tables, food trucks, face painting, selfie stations, and balloon artists.

This is a community-focused suicide awareness conference sponsored by the Suicide Awareness For Everyone (SAFE) Task Force of Allegheny County.
