The summit addresses the unique challenges that members of Pittsburgh's Black community are facing, how stigma can be a barrier to seeking treatment, and the obstacles experienced when getting help.

The annual SAFE (Suicide Awareness for Everyone) Conference provides space for education, collaboration, and empowerment, equipping participants with tools, resources, and connections to prevent suicide, support postvention efforts, and promote hope across Allegheny County.

The Green Light Gala is a biennial statewide event that shines a light on the need for better mental health awareness, treatment, and resources. It also celebrates the progress that has been made and the brave individuals who are telling their stories to pave the way for so many others.

This NAMI Family Support Group meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 6 pm at Penn State Greater Allegheny, 4000 University Drive, McKeesport, PA 15132 (in Room F122 of the Frable Building). Questions? Call or text Anna Lisa Haughwout at 412-527-6600.

This support group is for people who have spouses living with a mental health condition. It meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7 pm.
