Thank you so much for your participation in the 9th Annual NAMIWalks on Sunday. Below are the details to make your morning as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Time
9am: Registration Begins
10am: 5K Walk Starts
11am: Raffle Prize Drawing
Location
The Waterfront’s Towne Center
GPS: 270 W. Bridge Street, West Homestead, 15120
Same location as last year.
Distance
This is a 5K walk (approximately three miles) along the Great Allegheny Passage that begins and ends at Towne Center. Walkers may choose to walk shorter distances.
Parking
The street around Towne Center will be closed for the Walk. There is plenty of free parking in the adjacent lots.
When You Arrive
All team captains (and individuals who are not on a team) should report to the Registration Tent. Anyone who has not previously registered must also sign up at the Registration Tent.
Raffles Tickets
Drop off your raffle stubs at the Registration Tent no later than 10:30am. Winners will be drawn onstage at 11am. You need not be present to win.
Activities
We will have hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate ready to greet you at the Walk! Enjoy complimentary refreshments, music, balloon art, face painting, caricature art, entertainment, Reiki and chair massages, team photos, prize drawings and more!
Our Honorary Chair Michelle Wright of WTAE-TV will emcee the Walk. Recording artist Stevee Wellons will sing the National Anthem.
Team Photos
Gather your team and report to the sidewalk in front of Victoria’s Secret to have your team photo taken. Look for the PHOTO sign! You can also ask the DJ onstage to announce your team.
Fundraising
Keep fundraising on the NAMIWalks website. Cash and checks can be turned in at Registration on Walk Day. Anyone raising $100 will receive a 2015 NAMIWalks T-shirt.
Lunch
UNO Pizzeria at the Waterfront is offering 20% of proceeds on Sunday to NAMI. However, you must use a coupon. Print this coupon or visit the NAMI Info tent at the Walk.
Green Awareness Bracelets
Wear your green awareness bracelets to the Walk! If you don’t have one, visit the Value Behavioral Health vendor booth for a free bracelet, while supplies last.
